Yes. Lab design and consultation is the first of the three stages the company works in, and it happens before any equipment is chosen — layout, workflow, air handling, power and gas, and where each system has to sit so the room works on a busy day. The same people carry it through installation and then service it afterwards.
Does NextGen IVF LifeLabs service equipment it did not supply?
Often, yes. It depends on the manufacturer and the model, and on whether parts and documentation are available for it. Tell NextGen IVF LifeLabs what is in the lab and they will say plainly what they can and cannot cover rather than taking on something they cannot support properly.
