Talk to a lab specialist

Start with a conversation, not a quote.

Twenty minutes with someone who has commissioned ART labs for decades. Bring the room, the workflow, or the system that keeps failing — we will tell you straight whether we can help.

Inside a NextGen-commissioned lab — 2 min

What happens on the call

  • You describe the lab — the space, the workflow, the volume.
  • We ask the awkward questions: gas, air handling, power, access.
  • You get a straight answer on what we would specify, and what we would not.
  • No deck, no pricing sheet, no follow-up sequence.

What to expect.

Can NextGen IVF LifeLabs help plan a new IVF lab?
Yes. Lab design and consultation is the first of the three stages the company works in, and it happens before any equipment is chosen — layout, workflow, air handling, power and gas, and where each system has to sit so the room works on a busy day. The same people carry it through installation and then service it afterwards.
Does NextGen IVF LifeLabs service equipment it did not supply?
Often, yes. It depends on the manufacturer and the model, and on whether parts and documentation are available for it. Tell NextGen IVF LifeLabs what is in the lab and they will say plainly what they can and cannot cover rather than taking on something they cannot support properly.
How do I get a quote from NextGen IVF LifeLabs?
Use the quote request at nextgenlifelabs.com/quote, or call 215-672-4838. The form asks about the room and the workflow rather than only about the product, because a price for the wrong specification is not worth much. What comes back first is a conversation and a specification; the number follows that.
How long does it take to get a price?
A person reads every request and replies — NextGen IVF LifeLabs does not send an automated pricing sheet an hour later. Expect a conversation first, then a written specification, then a price against that specification. For a single replacement unit that is quick; for a lab build it follows the design work.
Where is NextGen IVF LifeLabs based, and where does it work?
NextGen IVF LifeLabs is at 384 Nina Way, Warminster, Pennsylvania 18974, outside Philadelphia, and can be reached on 215-672-4838 or at info@nextgenlifelabs.com. For whether they cover a particular location, ask — travel for installation and service depends on the system and the schedule.
