At minimum: incubators, an IVF workstation or laminar flow hood, micromanipulation and imaging on a suitable microscope, cryostorage, air handling and filtration, and continuous monitoring with alarms on everything temperature- or gas-critical. What the list looks like in practice depends on case volume, the procedures the lab performs and the room it has to work with, which is why NextGen IVF LifeLabs specifies around the workflow rather than selling a package.

Yes. Lab design and consultation is the first of the three stages the company works in, and it happens before any equipment is chosen — layout, workflow, air handling, power and gas, and where each system has to sit so the room works on a busy day. The same people carry it through installation and then service it afterwards.

Yes. Installation and validation are done by NextGen IVF LifeLabs rather than handed to a third party, and the team trains the lab staff on the systems as part of it. The intent is that the person who specified the equipment is the person standing in the room when it is commissioned.
